Daycare in Whitby
We had the opportunity to build a large daycare with a capacity of over 150 children in an 8,000 sq. ft. shell space in a bustling Whitby plaza. Our long-term client reached out for consultation after identifying this promising new location. Following a detailed site visit and in-depth discussions about design and operational needs, we began drafting the architectural plans and obtaining permits from the Town of Whitby. Once approved, we laid the water lines beneath the concrete slab and installed a comprehensive sprinkler system.

Structural framing followed, creating classrooms, a staff room, a director’s office, a kitchen, washrooms, a reception, and other essential spaces. Our certified technicians handled installing an electrical panel, wiring, plumbing, and HVAC rough-ins. The project progressed with drywall finishing, painting, flooring, custom millwork, glasswork, and masonry.
